Hi every one
Unfortunately I have faced to a problem to draw colored NCI-RDG plot via MWFN and gnuplot. Then I couldn't open achieved .ps file by Irfanview. So is there any one help me to solve the problem? Further, I have attached some snapshot as an attachment.

Hi guys
I am going to perform NCI and AIM analysis as same as Akhila. Unfortuntly, when used cmd of VMD I have faced to such a problem. So that is there any one help to me? Additionally, you can see my screenshot here.
