Exporting interbasin surfaces for visualization with VMD

Dear all,

I was trying to visualize the topology map of my molecule by VMD. I could follow the instructions (manual section 4.2.5) and currently can visualize the CPs and paths. Is it also possible to visualize the interbasin surfaces (together with CPs and paths) by VMD?

Hello,

There is no feasible way to plot interbasin surfaces in VMD, but you can plot AIM basins as isosurfaces to indirectly exhibit interbasin surfaces in VMD, see "Drawing basins via VMD program" in Section 4.17.1 of Multiwfn manual on how to do.
